CRC's operating company, Consolidated Restaurant Operations, Inc. (CRO), operates 103 company-operated stores and oversees another 36 franchisee or joint venture operated stores in 16 states and Canada.

We founded and built two technology companies, RLX Technologies, Inc. and CriticaLogix, Inc. (CLX), between 1999 and 2001. In 2001, RLX debuted the first production "server blade," a new technology that reduced a traditional 40-50 lb. rack-mounted server to a single printed circuit board assembly, along with a powerful blade-optimized software management tool.
